Group Details For Line Dancing - Intermediate


Group Description :
Are you interested in joining a group that meets to dance.... This is an intermediate group, so if you've danced before this could be the Group for you. Line dancing is a form of dance that takes place with a group of people. Participants line up in rows and execute the same movements in a synchronized manner. Everyone dances alone so no partner is required, side by side, facing the same direction in lines or rows.... Each dance consists of a sequence of steps that are repeated throughout the music. Music styles will be for the group to decide what suits, swing, rock and roll, disco, Latin, Tango etc. Line dancing is good for fun, mental agility, fitness and well-being. PHYSICAL ABILITY - Moderate intensity to Vigorous Intensity PHYSICAL AGILITY - Medium level to High level
