Group Description :
This group includes flowing sequences, stretches, balance, breathing techniques and mindfulness. The aim is to balance the energy system with awareness and cultivate calmness within ourselves. Modifications to the exercises are offered where necessary and there is also the possibility to progress.
Physical Activity - Light intensity.
Physical Agility - Minimal level.
