Group Description :
Pickleball is a cross between badminton, tennis and table tennis. It is played indoors on a badminton court. This group is for Beginners, Improvers and More Experienced players; you will join a group according to your experience to allow members maximum fun.
IMPORTANT: Beginners are encouraged to attend the below course -

THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS OF A VIGOROUS INTENSITY e.g. running for a bus. Your heart and breathing rate is likely to increase to a much faster level and you will need to breathe more deeply.
THE PHYSICAL AGILITY IS OF A HIGH LEVEL, requiring rapid changes of movement / direction, when responding to the fast movement of the ball. Members will require good decision making skills, enabling them to make wise choices and judgements.
Members will need to wear comfortable, loose  clothing and gym shoes with a light coloured sole. (To avoid marking the court).
Coached games and skills will be available for beginners, played in a friendly, supportive environment. it's good fun! Members are welcome to come and see what it is like before applying to join.
